Auction Terms & Conditions Please read all terms and conditions prior to bidding.
1.) Internet bidding only. We only accept bidding online. If you do not have access to a computer but wish to bid, please contact us at 307-221-1999 and we will create an account for you and bid on your behalf.
2.) A $1 credit card authorization will be processed when registering for this auction. The $1 is simply a pending hold on your card and is held by the credit card company for varying lengths but typically 24-72 hours. This $1 authorization is not actually charged to your card it's for verification purposes only.
3.) A 10% buyer's premium will apply to each item unless declared otherwise. Sales tax of 5% will be applied on total amount of purchase unless tax exempt.
4.) We attempt to describe all these items to the best of our ability and many times rely on information from the consignor that is given to us. If you have questions or are not sure about the condition of or anything pertaining to an item in our auction, please do not hesitate to give us a call.
5.) All items are offered for sale as is, where is with no warranty or guarantee is made or implied as to condition, authenticity or era of any described item. All items are offered for sale to the highest bidder with no minimums or reserves. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition / authenticity prior to bidding. All sales are final, no refunds, no exceptions.
6.) High Altitude Auction & Appraisals assumes no responsibility for errors in the catalog, advertising or on the part of the bidder.
7.) The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any bid not believed to be in good faith.
8.) All items offered for sale in this auction will be offered for sale by auction only and there are no pre-sales.
9.) All items purchased by the successful bidder will be charged immediately following the close of this auction unless other payment arrangements have been made.
10.) Wyoming sales tax is payable by all buyers liable to tax. All dealers must provide a valid resale number upon registration and provide a copy of tax license when picking up your items.
11.) All items must be picked up by Saturday, October 30, 2021, 09:00 am - 2:00 pm, unless prior arrangements have been made. If for any reason the purchaser fails to remove any lot within the time specified the lot shall be deemed abandoned and Auctioneer, at their sole discretion may resell the lot / lots. Failure to abide by the pickup date may result in loss of bidding privileges.
12.) Following federal law, every firearm purchase will require a NICS background check. It is the purchaser's responsibility to be aware of their ability to pass a NICS check. It is your responsibility to know and understand the gun laws in your state of residence. All handguns sold to out-of-state bidders must be shipped to your local FFL dealer.
